For all licensees of full-power stations, FCC-hosted online public files are required. There is an ongoing obligation to upload required documents in a timely manner. But what should you include?

From organizational documents such as Articles of Incorporation and bylaws, to any operating agreements, or loan documents involving a pledge of ownership, the list of documents you must upload is extensive. Failure to live up to these obligations can result in penalties or issues during station license renewal.

NFCB hosts in the Solution Center an Online Public File Reference Memo from law firm Foster Garvey, which details the online public file requirements.
