Strategic Planning Module 2023
The 2023 Strategic Planning Module utilizes the Circle of Engagement tool, or COE. This tool was developed by NFCB as a way to help stations implement strategic engagement, content and revenue goals while growing the organizational capacity to sustain their effort over time.

The 2023 Organizational Culture module was designed as a response to the need for education, resources, and support for station efforts to be more equitable, diverse, and inclusive, as well as fostering a sense of belonging amongst of staff, volunteers, board, and listeners. NFCB has partnered with The Equity Project to lead this module.
