Chief Development Officer, KUVO
Tina’s public media career started in 1984 at Rocky Mountain PBS. In January of 1990, an opportunity to run KUVO’s Membership department started a 27-year position in development, where she became the Director of Development and Marketing. In 2013, KUVO became a merged partner with Rocky Mountain PBS, and assumed the role as Chief of Radio Operations.
During her tenure at KUVO, Tina developed KUVO’s the Membership, Underwriting, Marketing, and Special Events programs. Coordinated and co-produced the stations CDs “Live at the Oasis” series, and the Cancion Mexicana CDs. She coordinated the marketing initiative for “Caliente with Eddie Palmieri,” a four-part radio program that received national recognition, and aired on over 240 stations. The station’s annual Signature Event called Live at the Vineyards, is produced and coordinated by Tina and garners the station almost $100,000 annually.
As part of Rocky Mountain PBS Tina enjoys great collaboration with a team of development and marketing staff from the TV side.
