David Klaan has been running an independent Community Radio consulting service called Broadcast Tool & Die (BTD) since 2016. The name is a nod to the industrial culture of Milwaukee, WI where he grew up.
BTD assists stations with their audio chain challenges, focusing on audio playout systems (aka automation) and online audio streams.
