Can your community radio station upload all music programs to your website for on-demand listening?
Your station must adhere to strict time limits in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act requirements. In very specific instances, if the program is less than an hour, the program can be repeated no more than three times in a two-week period if it’s publicly announced in advance. This limit on repeats applies to any identifiable program.
