Will Floyd is co-founder of Field Effect, a consulting company providing broadcast technology services, project management, and studio and transmission facility construction in Texas, New Mexico, and the Southwest. Will has previously held programming, fundraising, and technology roles at Marfa Public Radio, KSFR Santa Fe Public Radio, WOBC, and KMRD-LP in Madrid, New Mexico where he serves as a founding board member. Joining Prometheus Radio Project in 2012, Will worked with hundreds of grassroots organizations around the US to plan, apply for, and build LPFM stations and he continues to provide direct support services to LPFMs with the organization today.
