Gabriel Soto, Senior Director at Research for Edison Research is committed to supporting better marketing resources for diverse audiences in the U.S. through strategic investigation in media, such as radio and podcasts. Soto is the primary architect of the first comprehensive reports on the U.S. Black and Latino podcast audiences called the Black Podcast Listener Report and the Latino Podcast Listener Report. He manages other national audio studies from Edison Research including, Share of Ear® and Edison Podcast Metrics, working closely with clients such as NPR, ESPN, Spotify and other key players in the media and audio space. He has shared research findings on radio and podcast listeners as a featured speaker at conventions, such as the Public Radio Program Directors conference, the annual St. Jude Promesa y Esperanza seminar, and Podcast Movement SHIFT sessions.
