EAS Operating Handbook 2017
The FCC has released a revised version of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) Operating Handbook (July 24, 2017). This Handbook supercedes any prior copies of the Handbook. Per the FCC, for all EAS Participants, a copy of the current handbook must be located at normal duty positions or EAS equipment locations when an operator is required to be on duty and be immediately available to staff responsible for administering EAS tests.
