This year’s conference celebrates NFCB’s 40 years of service to the community stations and media makers — city, country, public affairs, music and news that represent the diversity that is America.
Starting with the pre-conference summits and intensives, this conference covers topics that will help you ensure that your station does everything it can to be a valued institution in your community. Our sessions will cover topics in Programming, Administration, Operations, and Development. Each day starts with a plenary, followed by breakout sessions that delve deeper into the topics important to you. Keynote speakers Malkia Cyril and June Fox will inspire your work. And we’ll celebrate the movers and shakers in community media at our awards banquet.
We’re adding two new features to this conference:
- The Makers’ Room features interactive sessions with demonstrations
- The Meeting Room gives you an opportunity to speak one-on-one with breakout speakers.
And to round out your conference experience, we’ll have the NFCB annual meeting, the Friday Awards Banquet and we’ll end with Saturday interactive sessions and tours. You really don’t want to miss this!
