What is the future of the Pledge Drive? What is working and what isn’t and how do our practices need to change? There are big changes in the way we fund our stations, and one of the biggest changes is in our on-air drives. This panel looks at how drives fit into a station’s overall development strategy and offers techniques for maximizing drive revenue while furthering the overall goals of recruiting new donors, converting annual donors to sustainers, and increasing donor retention and average gift size.
