This is a reminder about your quarterly issues reports.
Programs lists covering the period January 1 through March 31 must be completed and uploaded to your online public inspection file by April 10.
The quarterly issues programs list requirement applies to all full-power FM, AM, TV and Class A TV stations. It does not apply to LPFM or translator stations.
Because any document uploaded to the public file is date stamped, any lapse will be visible to the FCC and may result in substantial forfeitures.
