This week, NFCB allies at the Center of Community Media launch their Polarization Conversation Series, to center both the perspectives and the expertise of media makers who serve communities that have been navigating political polarization.
CCM, NFCB and others are concerned about the issues community radio stations seeing, so community media leaders are encouraged to attend. On February 10, those serving communities with historic trauma will be the focus. Register free to attend here.
On February 24: broadcasters serving rural communities will be the focus. NFCB’s Sally Kane, Joseph Orozco (KIDE) and Jessica Evett (Radio Boise) will be speakers.
