[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Boston native Ngoc-Tran Vu steps in as AIR’s new Program Director in 2017. She has nurtured an extensive background in creative storytelling with a focus on social justice and cultural practices. She oversees AIR New Voices, full Spectrum, the long-standing mentoring programming, and other activities aimed at cultivating AIR’s richly diverse talent network. Previously, Tran worked as Project Coordinator for WGBH’s American Experience and collaborated with StoryCorps for the First Days Story Project. She is also a podcast journalist and multimedia artist who has recently lived in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. She holds a master’s degree in Arts and Politics from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies and Visual Arts from Brown University.
