If, after registering, you find that you are unable to attend the 2025 Community Media Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice via our Conference Contact Us Form. Registrations may be fully refunded to the card that was used at the time of registering, minus a $50 processing fee, provided that the request is made no later than May 9, 2025. Cancellation requests received after the cancellation cutoff date of May 9, or cancellation due to nonattendance, will not be refunded. Please remember that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements.
2025 Conference Cancellation
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time through May 28, 2025. To initiate a substitution, please use the Conference Contact Us Form. All substitutions must be approved and will be at NFCB’s discretion.
