NFCB will be represented at next week’s conference, hosted by The Media Consortium.
NFCB Membership Program Director Ernesto Aguilar will represent NFCB at the Transformative Media Conference in Washington, DC next week. He’ll appear on the following panels:
- Transformative Media: What are our Opportunities? In this fast-paced interactive session, hear from a number of people who have concrete ideas about the opportunities available to us, and the challenges we face in seizing them.
- Connecting with Community Media. In this session, learn more about community radio, public access channels, and other local media that are growing. Discuss ways in which national news and community media can connect.
In addition, Aguilar will be available to community radio stations by appointment to visit about topics you’re interested in discussing.
