Nan Rubin
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Nan Rubin has been a community media organizer and activist for more than 40 years. She was a founder of NFCB and AMARC, has taught college courses on Media and Social Change, testified at the FCC, was a consultant to the Media Portfolio at the Ford Foundation, served 10 years as Chair of the Board of the Prometheus Radio Project, and has been an advisor on technology and communications policy to a wide range of media and progressive organizations. Nan built community radio stations WAIF in Cincinnati and KUVO in Denver, and she is currently organizing her third – KTAL-LP 101.5 FM which will be on the air in Las Cruces NM very soon.
