Hannah Galgiani is the Manager of Projects & Client Engagement at The Equity Project. A licensed social worker, Hannah has a strong passion for creating spaces for meaningful dialogue and exchange and facilitating workplaces which are supportive and inclusive. Before moving out West, Hannah spent multiple years working for various reproductive rights non-profits in both New York County and Amsterdam where she became passionate about organizational change and the employee experience.

At The Equity Project, Hannah handles all things related to the “client experience,” working to get to know new clients, creating proposals and scopes of work, developing timelines, and ensuring that each client feels supported throughout the process. In strategic engagements, Hannah helps to facilitate focus groups, provides analysis, and assists in report development.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender Studies and Sociology from Clark University, a Master of Arts in Comparative Gender Studies from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, and a master’s in social work from the University of Denver.
