Today begins a six-week trial run of a regular General Manager Solution Center.
Each week, for six weeks, we will host a one-hour webinar for any general manager/station manager/executive director who would like to attend. Individuals can attend as often as they like.
The meetings will be coordinated by KOPN General Manager Sean Spence and will be an opportunity for all general managers to share what they know and what they want to know. The meetings will offer a combination of focusing on a specific issue/question — programming, fundraising, board management, etc. — and allowing participants to seek input on specific issues they are facing. The goal is to provide an opportunity for ongoing improvement and greater connection among station leaders.
