Program Description:
The 10 x 2 means 10 hits by 2 hours, to create a top 20 countdown of the biggest “quality rock”/adult rock/adult alternative songs in the USA. We also throw in a few extras, typcially one related to the week’s news, a double shot of a certain artist on the chart to breed familiarity, an upcoming song or artist, and a rewind to news of the day and a song that’s seldom the #1 song for that week.
AAA and Modern AC formats would appreciate this block of programming as well as any AC, Hot AC, or Variety Hits format looking for a little adventure on the weekends!
Program Time Length: 2 hours (12 segments, but can be combined to hour or half-hour increments)
Day and Time Available to Stations: We target weekends, since we e-mail the show Thursdays, but 24/7 otherwise
