Working in community radio means you may need to move to where a job is located. Before you move to a community media position, it’s important to understand the pay in relationship to the area’s cost of living, state income tax where applicable, and the average wage in the region. You may also want to find out about benefits and how the organization manages its cost of living increases and raises.
