Perhaps your station wants to run a contest. But, did you know the FCC has rules for stations around contests?
Do you have to announce contest rules over the air? Is posting them on your website sufficient? In 2015, the FCC revised some of these rules. Your station is required to follow these regulations, so you must be clear on what you must do.
