Full-power stations are on notice from the Federal Communications Commission.

Last week, the FCC sent letters to more than 200 full-power radio stations for failure to upload all required public inspection file material to the FCC’s online system. Stations were to convert to the online system in March.

The Commission has said failure to comply may result in fines and further consideration in a station’s license renewal.

Stations must upload Issues/Programs Lists, political appearances and a range of items. Member stations can log in to the Solution Center for online file checklist. If you are not with a member station, you can join today.
