Building on the foundational skills explored in the first two sessions, this interactive workshop guides participants through real-world mini-case studies to apply conflict navigation tools in a community radio context.

– Practice identifying high conflict dynamics and mapping them using real scenarios drawn from station operations.

– Investigate the understory—the deeper drivers beneath surface-level disputes—within the case studies.
– Learn how to illuminate the conflict and bring forward key perspectives in a way that is constructive and transparent.
– Work in small groups to analyze mini-cases. Apply principles of Good Conflict to foster healthier communication and strengthen relationships between boards, staff, and volunteers.
