Webinar: Good Conflict X ACI Session One: Investigating the Understory(Members)

In any conflict, there’s a story beneath the story—the Understory—shaped by identity, emotions, and deeper motivations. This workshop explores how to recognize and engage with the Understory to move beyond surface-level disputes and toward more constructive dialogue. NFCB is excited to partner with Good Conflict to provide a series of workshops designed to dive deep into navigating conflict. This series is part of the CPB funded Audience Counts Initiative.
