NFCB Cohort Meetup: Station Leadership (Members)

This is an informal virtual space for GMs, Station Managers, and EDs to come together and share, support, listen, and learn. These semi-regular meetups are participant lead and may include breakout rooms. NFCB’s Serah Mead will be facilitating and ensuring a psychologically safe atmosphere for candor, humility, and humor.

Some topics up for discussion at each meeting include, but are not limited to:

– Big picture thinking
– Staff training
– Internal comms
– Training & professional development
– Governance
– Staff structure and infrastructure
– Working with conflict, resistance, and uncertainty
