NFCB Cohort Meetup: Music Programming

This is an informal virtual space for any staff member or volunteer who deals with all things music at your station. The purpose of these meetups is to provide an informal space to come together and share, support, listen, and learn. These semi-regular meetups are participant lead and may include breakout rooms. NFCB’s Serah Mead will be facilitating and ensuring a psychologically safe atmosphere for candor, humility, and humor.

Some topics up for discussion at each meeting include, but are not limited to:

– curation
– review

– in-studio performances
– venue relations
– volunteer management
– volunteer/programmer training
– automation
– distributor relationships
– reporting + charting
