Cohort Meetup: Music Programming (Members)

This is an informal virtual space for any staff member or volunteer who deals with all things music at your station.  The purpose of these meetups is to provide an informal space to come together and share, support, listen, and learn. These semi-regular meetups are participant lead and may include breakout rooms. They will be facilitated by an NFCB staff member or board member who will establish a psychologically safe atmosphere for candor, humility, and humor.

Some topics up for discussion at each meeting include, but are not limited to:

• curation
• review
• development
• in-studio performances
• venue relations
• volunteer management
• volunteer/programmer training
• automation
• distributor relationships
• reporting + charting

Subsequent meetups will be announced during the call and immediately after to the Listserv. These sessions will not be archived, but any useful resources, stories, etc. will be kept and shared to benefit the entire membership.
