An EEO audit by the FCC may bring this issue to your attention.
Last week, the Federal Communications Commission announced an Equal Employment Opportunity audit impacting 69 randomly selected radio stations.
The annual audit requires stations to produce details about its efforts to comply with EEO rules [pdf]. As part of the audit, stations will be required to submit their two most recent EEO public file reports; proof of web posting (or explanation of why it was not posted); dated copies of advertising for positions; the total number of interviewees; among other information.
While not impacting all stations, please make sure you are in compliance with FCC EEO rules.
