Broadcasters who missed the July 3 deadline should file as soon as possible.
The national Emergency Alert System test happens in August, and all stations were expected to participate. In addition, stations were asked to complete Form One to certify their readiness and existing equipment. Many stations, however, did not meet the July 3 deadline.
All stations are required to file Form One as soon as possible. Form Two is a day-of form to be completed on test day. You can check your form status by logging in to ETRS. Be sure your appropriate people are ready for the test, currently set for August 7.
