One of those rare chances to receive real revelations in community radio is coming in June.
The 2019 Community Media Conference features an unprecedented number of sessions covering an exceptional-range of community radio-related topics. In addition to in-depth sessions, there are long-form intensives devoted to major giving, human resources and audio production. You can also meet with vendors providing programming and resources, or meet your current providers face-to-face.
Our sessions are facilitated by station managers, producers, leaders and doers of all backgrounds. Conference tracks cover a station’s content, revenue, engagement and organizational capacity. Keynotes feature Nina Simon and John Crigler. You can review the full agenda here.
Long regarded as one of community media’s champions of inclusion, the National Federation of Community Broadcasters wants to welcome the diversity of community radio’s best to San Diego.
Conference attendees are encouraged to book your hotel room now. Accommodations in San Diego in the summer go up in price due to the location. You will want to be on site for the conference.
