Affiliate meetings for community radio are on the horizon.
NFCB’s annual Community Media Conference happens July 17-19 in Denver, Colorado. The conference will feature affiliate station meetings for Native Voice One, BirdNote and Pacifica. There will also be a breakfast discussion for NPR member stations and affiliate stations. In addition, Spinitron, Radio Free America, Radio Rethink and others will be in attendance.
If your station is a member of any of these groups, or is interested in joining, the upcoming Community Media Conference is a wonderful chance for face-to-face meetings and visits with people your station wants to know.
