Caroline came to Radio Boise/KRBX in April 2016 with eight years of experience in arts and nonprofit administration. As Radio Boise’s Development Director, Caroline focuses on the organization’s mid-level giving club, major gift cultivation, fundraising campaigns, board training and support, and overall strategic development of community support. Formerly, as Executive Director of the Salmon Arts Council, Caroline oversaw the promotion of arts and culture for the residents rural eastern Idaho; prior to that, Caroline managed operations for educational support programs for first-generation students at the University of New Orleans. Caroline earned her Masters in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans and her B.A. in Classics and Art History from Wesleyan University.
