BOARD ELECTION 2023
The NFCB’s board is comprised of nine members — three members are elected by the membership and six are appointed. Board members serve three-year terms starting January 1. All three elected members are up for election this year, though one seat will be filled to complete two years of a partial term. A full description of the structure of the board can be found in the Bylaws on NFCB’s website.
Engagement on the NFCB board is an opportunity for community media leaders to shape the future of the organization, broaden their professional network, and learn new skills. NFCB encourages diverse voices and next-generation leaders to consider board service.
Electronic ballots were sent on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Each current member station’s designated executive contact in NFCB’s database has received the ballot link via email. Voting is now closed.
