[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Betty McArdle is Executive Director of Community Media Assistance Project – CMAP since 2003. She helps non-commercial stations with a wide variety of tasks regarding preparing applications for license, governance, organizing organizations and much more.
Betty also has done work in most aspects of community radio through 30 years of working with Brown Broadcast Services, doing many things from proofing applications to doing field measurements.
Betty has 40+ years of experience working in and with community groups in the Northwest doing a wide variety of things from mailing parties to President of the Board of Directors.
Ask Betty about some of her favorite things to do when she has a break from helping community groups get a radio station: Tap Dancing, bicycle touring, gardening, kayaking, reading and socializing with friends.
