Featuring Serah Mead (KZMU)

Communication challenges are something we all face every day, maybe several times a day, especially at stations governed by volunteer boards and programmed predominately by volunteers. KZMU’s General Manager, Serah Mead, will lead a session about different types of resistance that happen in an organizational setting. Examples of how resistance can be transformed, or at least more clearly understood, will be offered and techniques will be demonstrated in this hands-on session. Take your leadership skills to another level and gain new perspective on a critical communication basic so you can bust some management moves with confidence.
